To access Yelp as a business owner, you need to go to the Yelp for Business Owners website. From here, search for an existing business to add as a location to your account.
If you’re on the Yelp site already and you’ve come across your business, you can begin the process of claiming an existing business location by clicking the “Unclaimed” link next to the business name.
Whichever route you go, Yelp will direct you to a page where you can either log in with your existing Yelp Biz login credentials or create a new account.
How to Claim a Facebook Page Listing
Facebook may also come up with your business before you create a page. This usually happens as a result of someone checking in to or leaving a review for your business on Facebook before you’ve created a page. Meaning, the page exists without you managing it as an “unofficial page.”
To check to see if you have a business listed already on Facebook, search for your business. If you find it, click the “Is this your business?” link. If you need help, Facebook has a page dedicated to outlining this process.

How to Claim a Yellow Pages Listing
Claiming your Yellow Pages listings is similar to claiming a Yelp listing. If the business already exists on Yellow Pages and you just haven’t claimed it yet, simply click the orange “Claim this business” button to begin.
To create a new listing, start from the Yellow Pages home page. Click the “Start Free Listing” button.
Begin setting up your listing by entering your business information in the fields on the page that follows.
