Previously WP Business Reviews was disconnected from Facebook. This has been fixed. (Updated Jan 2023)
Here are the details of what happened.
Why is it broken?
Our Facebook Business entity that authorizes the connection to WP Business Reviews was disapproved.
We have been requesting this change, but Facebook continues to deny the update.
What are we doing to fix it?
We are working on creating a new Facebook Business account to reconnect WP Business Reviews to Facebook.
In the meantime…
While we wait for this fix to happen, you can disconnect your automatic Facebook feeds and set up custom reviews with WP Business Reviews to continue displaying new Facebook recommendations.
We will inform all of our customers when we have fixed this problem.
